Child’s letter
A child’s letter to New Zealand PM Jacinda Arden has gone viral. She wrote: “Jacinda, my dad is not washing his hands properly, he is not putting soap on his hands, and not rubbing for 20 seconds. I will work on this with him!”
Liquor ban
Colleague went to check his favourite watering hole in Port Moresby on Saturday and saw the beer freely flowing despite what he had heard about a “liquor ban”. Oh, colleague still refused to enter because he says he is observing Lent.
Same age
They were two prominent leaders in the Pacific region, very close friends who took their nations to independence and became founding prime ministers. Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare and Fiji’s Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara were both 84 when they passed away.
Covid-19 vaccines
By the way, Fiji has already received its first shipment of the Covid-19 vaccines. PNG should already be receiving its supplies too, shouldn’t it?
