People suffer
If the MPs refuse to work with the governor in a province, development will be affected and the people, who matter the most, suffer. The 2022 general election draws nigh.
Mind your words
Man did not take too kindly a remark by a colleague that “lockdown does not necessarily mean pants-down” – after his wife was recently seen with a bulging mid-section.
Food security
Word is that the area near the 8Mile roundabout in Moresby North-East will be a big storage centre for fresh farm produce from highlands provinces. POM will then never be short of fresh fruits and vegetables. Great.
Stop littering
And we wonder why our capital city has recently been rated 138 out of 140 livable cities in the world. First, littering (like this one in the drain at Boroko) must be eradicated by enforcing laws on it. Second, stop buai chewing in public, to rid the pavements of red stains everywhere. Third, lower the crime rate. For starters.
Fast depreciation
Multi-million kina infrastructure, such as the ones we see around our capital city, when left idle for too long will start to rot and rust, depreciating in value quickly. They need to be hired out for events to offset the maintenance cost.
New hope
Milf seems a distant memory for Broncos fan as he looks forward to tonight’s clash with the Rabbits. There is a light at the end of the tunnel which is waiting for someone to shine.
Food for thought
Maturity is when you stop posting about your private life on social media. It should not be anyone else’s business.

“Wife bashing is becoming too prevalent and a norm today. So are sexual harassment of girls and women. All must start educating and forging awareness against gender-based violence.” – Health Minster Jelta Wong
