Foot patrols
It’s good to see our men and women in blue doing foot patrols in the nation’s capital in the lead up to Christmas and New Year. The bus stops appear safer and the public bus drivers are behaving themselves on the road – or at least in the eyes of the law enforcers.

Miss 4, along with her siblings, were treated to a night out for pizza and she described it as “the best day of my life”. Remember parents, it’s the little things in life that matter.
Food for thought
“Take time during the rush of the holidays to enjoy the things in life that really matter. Take in the serene moments spent with friends and loved ones, and may the wonder of Christmas surround you throughout the holiday season.”
Think smart
Sometimes your own worst enemy is your own thoughts.
Froggy hit?

Long walk home
Hundreds of Lae residents had to resort to walking after public buses went on strike, following a rumour that a bus driver was killed. But Lae metro commander Chief Supt Chris Kunyanban said no bus driver was killed. Be careful what you believe.
