Bad blood
No end in sight it seems to the “bad blood” between New Ireland Governor Sir Julius Chan and the province’s two MPs, Kavieng’s Ian Ling-Stuckey and Namatanai’s Walter Schnaubelt. All three are related by the way.
Change needed
Ialibu-Pangia MP Peter O’Neill and Kainantu MP William Hagahuno are part of a group reportedly working behind the scene to force a change in the government. But no worries, says PM Marape, as regards the stability of his coalition government, as he heads off to address the Australian Parliament in Canberra today.
