Monkey business
That off-field clamour in the NRL over that unfortunate “monkey” branding between two players during the Las Vegas trip would have left a sour taste in many NRL fans’ mouths.
Taxi meters
Taxi drivers are still waiting for word from the Eye Triple See on the installation of taxi meters. Word is that the Ar Tea Ay is also contributing to the delay. Get moving, folks!
Tax collection
On the much-talked about issue of tax in January, there is a new type of tax being imposed on public transport vehicles in the capital city. It seems that these “tax collectors” have been waiting at the ready in their yellow vests when a bus arrives at the bus-stop. Maybe the Internal Revenue Commission can look into this impromptu “tax collection”.
US of A
Many people take interest in and closely follow what is happening in the US of A because it is often said that when the US of A sneezes, the whole world catches a cold (or worse, the Coronavirus). By the way, the US of A is also taking interest and hopefully closely following PNG’s NRL bid. It means a lot to us.
Food for thought
You have only three choices in life: 1) Give up; 2) Give in; 3) Give it all you’ve got!
