Commission: Note qualities of leaders

 THE Ombudsman Commission is educating people to vote for leaders who show quality leadership during the local level government elections.

Commission senior investigator Sam Kupul is leading a team out in the provinces to tell the people what leadership means.

The team visited Jiwaka two weeks ago. Kupul and Martha Martin, the commission’s investigator based in Mt Hagen, took part in a talkback show on the NBC Western Highlands Eagle FM last Wednesday night.

Kupul said the awareness was based on six key areas – integrity, accountability, transparency, service, fairness and honesty.
