Company embraces training programme

 EMPLOYEES of Trukai Industries Ltd are benefitting from a development programme for front-line management. 

The company began the programme in 2011 with IEA College of TAFE training with a Certificate III. 

Following the successful completion by participants, Certificate IV was then completed in 2012. 

The group of 19 participants continued through 2013 completing the Diploma in Frontline Management. 

The company management are delighted with the results achieved by the successful participants.

With the program’s success ongoing frontline management training programs are scheduled to commence in 2014.
