Consider Western

I WONDER why the priority is not given to Western people to secure jobs in Ok Tedi Mine.
There are lot of university and college graduates in search of job opportunities and I am also one of them without a job right now.
The management of Ok Tedi Mine should consider this very seriously.
Why are you giving the priority to outside provinces when there are qualified and experienced people in various fields from Western right under your nose?
Employment opportunities should be targeting the youths in particular from the province to avoid community problems.
Please consider Western people, particularly the youths, for job opportunities in Ok Tedi Mine.
