Correction

The hearing of BSA Construction managing director Sean Honey, charged with six counts under the Firearms Act, was heard in the Boroko magistrate court on Thursday and not as published on Friday. The hearing was adjourned to Dec 16 as Honey’s lawyer was not present. The court had rejected bail but Honey applied with the National Court and is out on K10,000 bail for drugs and K1,000 bail for firearms charges.
