Corruption funding

Letters

ACCORDING to The National (Sept 20), Prime Minister Peter O’Neill says that K6 million will be allocated to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
That is too much and unnecessary as it is not a real solution to corruption in the country.
Where is the Taskforce Sweep Team and anti-corruption unit now? How effective have been to date? Most enquiries and allegations against high profile bureaucrats and politicians have gone nowhere.
The K6 million should be allocated to the Education Department to draw up teaching materials about corruption so young citizens can be educated to build an honest nation.
This is the solution.
