Councillors and presidents

SOME councillors and presidents in the country have miserably failed to perform to the maximum.
Some really do not deserve any pay at all.
I feel sorry for our people who have totally missed out on development.
It is a must that those who come under this category should buckle up and go.
A lot of our citizen’s feel that we, and not the councillors, should elect the local level government presidents.
