All accused failed to show up at the National Court on Aug 9.
Erick was committed by the Lae District Court on May 24.

All three were on District Court bail: Lucas was on a K800 bail; Chune was on a K1,000 bail and Erick on a K900 bail.
Lae National Court judge Justice Frazer Pitpit, when issuing the warrant of arrest orders, said the bail monies had been forfeited to the State along with their surety fees from their guarantors.
