Credit Corp appoints Mazzetti as director

CLARE Mazzetti has been appointed a non-executive director of Credit Corporation (PNG) Ltd effective Dec 24.
Mazzetti is based in Sydney, Australia.
Her areas of expertise include financial services and corporate strategy and transformation.
Mazzetti is also well-versed in governance and risk management monitoring, and will bring her wealth of knowledge to the board as it continues to drive growth and transformation in the company.
She built her career on various advisory, management consulting and transformation roles and understands well the banking and financial services industry.
Mazzetti is well-versed in financial services for SME, in banking, wealth management and sales and distribution, plus her knowledge in corporate and business strategy and strategic planning and execution.
In the past 17 years, she was a board member of the Australian Medical Association of Queensland, the Australian Shareholders Association and Police Bank.
She currently sits on the Qudos Bank board and the Uniting Church of Australia, providing strategic, financial and transformation skills.
Mazzetti is currently undertaking a PhD in digital exchange and exploring the role of digital currency, crypto, block-chain, digital wallets and Fintech play in the transformation of the global financial system.
Credit Corporation chairman Richard Sinamoi welcomed Mazzetti as a non-executive director.
