A MAN from Chimbian village in Angoram, East Sepik, is the proud recipient of a 20-seater bus after his entry was drawn among hundreds which entered the Kopiko 3-in-1 promotion for Mamose.
Teacher Ben Langu claimed the top prize in the six-week (Nov 9 to Dec 18) promotion.
The second winner was Elizabeth Hadu from Umi in Markham, Morobe, who won five cartons of assorted Kopiko line of products.
Langu flew in from Wewak and to claim his prize from the Super Value Stores management last Tuesday at the Big V shop at Top Town in Lae.
The bus is worth at K150,000.
Langu said he spent K50 at Ezico shop in Wewak buying packets of Kopiko and entered the draw.
The father of five told The National that when he got the news his family thought it was a scam.
He said it was a great Christmas gift and thanked SVS.
Langu said he would use the bus as a public motor vehicle.
Super Value Stores product manager Heinemann Tauk said the company was pleased to give back to its customers.
