Dangerous precedent

MANPOWER, properly educated human resources, are vital for any country to progress.
Proper education starts at homes and at primary school.
There is a dangerous precedent about to be set by the Education Department to register six teachers colleges.
These colleges could be illegal.
They have been collecting fees from students. Owners must be investigated. Did they liaise with the department to be registered?.
The department must not give into pressure from students who enrolled at these colleges. They are educated and knew very well the status of these colleges.
These colleges do not have libraries, science labs, proper college administration and staffing structures. I urge the department not to compromise the quality of education by registering these teachers colleges.
They must be audited by an independent body which must not include the officers who are involved in the registration process.
We are talking about the education quality of children who will manage and build this country’s future.
