Two new Covid-19 cases reported

TWO new Covid-19 cases were reported in Port Moresby on Saturday bringing the country’s total number of cases to 588, according to National Pandemic Response Controller David Manning.
In a statement, Manning said one was a 46-year-old male security guard who resides at Vabukori village in Moresby South.
He had flu at the time of testing.
The second case was a 44-year-old female who resides at Gordon in Moresby North East.
She did not have symptoms but got tested as a requirement to return to work.
The new cases brought the total number of the Covid-19 cases in NCD to 342 as of Saturday.
