Deal with cyber bullies

PAPUA New Guinea’s national information communication technology authority (Nicta) are very weak.
We have lots of cyber bullying in PNG and other cyber-related issues almost every day.
While you are reading these, our mothers and sisters are suffering from this issue.
Is there any way in which they can seek assistance and get help and counselling.
From past experiences, I came to realise that there are some people who use fake names on social media and post pictures of our poor innocent mothers and sisters and shame them for no apparent reason.
I call upon the authorities to check every Facebook users that use aliases names, trace their numbers and keep an eye out on them.
This applies to everyone.
If Nicta is serious about SIM registration then they should be serious about catching these culprits as well.
