THE people of Gumine district in Simbu province are left in a confuse state as to when MP Nick Kuman and his JDP and BPC team will launch the DSIP budget and the initiated projects.

The financial years of 2013 and 2014 had already been laps and the expectation to launch the budget is long overdue and it is really frustrating.

This raises more questions than answer.

Other five districts of Simbu has done it and their important projects rolling on board, so why not Gumine district?

It is something that should have been made on yearly basis.

There might be good reasons for delaying but at what cost?

Maybe the court of dispute returns between the outstayed MP and current MP could be one of the possible reason.

Can any members of the JDP and BPC please inform the people of Gumine the root cause of it because people are the legitimate custodian to the development funds.
