“Both Debbie and Sanchika, and their success, are strong testament to how Deloitte sees the potential of women to achieve great things for our clients, and for PNG.
“They are passionate and hard working professionals, with each bringing another layer of perspective to their areas of strong technical expertise.
“The elevation of these talented individuals balances our partnership in PNG, with 50 per cent representation of women, and shows that our programmes for developing and empowering women across the firm is inspiring and developing our future leaders.”
As Deloitte’s second PNG national female partner, Debbie grew up in Port Moresby and graduated from Pacific Adventist University in 2007.
She joined Deloitte as a graduate and has rose through the ranks, taking on global secondment opportunities within the Deloitte network in Australia and the UK.
