I WANT to commend the Deputy District Administrator John Hariso-ol and people of Nipa district who have been living on state land for vacating the lands to make way for development.

This result of the exercise carried out by the deputy district administrator shows that Nipa district and the electorate is changing.

The people’s mindset is changing with no more waiting for free handouts, law and order problems have decreased and other issues which have hindered the delivery of government services have now been resolved.

Nipa Kutubu is one of the least developed electorates in Southern Highlands Province just because of the way people look after government services.

Our people now understand and know the importance of government services and development.

They have been given given the opportunity.

Keep up the good work John Hariso-ol and the people of Nipa.
