DIGICEL customers in the country can now enjoy the digital services introduced by the mobile service provider as they step out as a digital operator.
Digicel PNG chief executive Colin Stone said yesterday that after years of operating in the country with an extensive network coverage, the business had listened to their customers’ feedback and improved and would be delivering digital services.
He said stepping out as a digital operator, Digicel promised to provide the best long-term evolution and network experience to its customers, provide speedy access to customer issues, being transparent with no hidden charges and tricky terms and conditions, provide best mobile applications and content in the market and continue to listen to customers.
“It is important for us to tell our story and it is important for us to change how we operate in this country,” Stone said.
“As the only operator that reaches the total group with three times the network coverage unlike anyone else, we’re uniquely placed to bring digital services and digital applications to our customers, to Papua New Guineans.”
