LEO Solking Bernard is the winner of the third Land Cruiser in Digicel’s Super 8 competition.

Bernard made several K10 top ups during the week that qualified him for the promotion.

He said he and his wife were excited about their win. The 32-year-old father of two said he would use the cruiser to travel to town.

Bernard, who works as a driver with a sub-contractor of Lihir Transport, is the winner in the New Guinea Islands region.

Digicel chief executive officer John Mangos said: “We have three winners so far and all of them are from different regions in PNG.

“This shows that Digicel’s new recharge campaign is appreciated across the country and we are pleased to see our efforts adding value to everyday lives of Papua New Guineans.”

Over the past two weeks, Digicel had given away two other land cruisers.

Gima Pala, a security driver in Port Moresby, was the winner during the first week and last week’s vehicle went to Madang’s Maggie Dennis.

Customers automatically enter this competition when they top up K2 of more.

There are five more Land Cruisers to be won.

The competition ends on July 10 .
