Digicel ripping off customers

TO all Digicel customers, never leave any unused balance in your account (*120#), even if it’s only 5 toea.
It will be gone before you know it.
I call on the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission to investigate this immediately.
I don’t have any issues so far with bmobile (not Telikom).
Build more towers and everyone will shift over to you.
