THE Association for Homes for Disabled will go to court over section 111, lot 2, Jawani Street, Lae, which was sold to and is being developed by the Sanamo construction.
Association executives said yesterday they had valid documents to prove the land was not legally bought.
The association was originally the title holder of the land.
They act as a rehabilitation institution for people with disabilities and is different from the Morobe Disabled Agency (MDA)
MDA was their mouth piece which negotiated the land development.
Association chairman Danny Nema and deputy Esatu Minhau said their organisation legally owned the land.
“The agreement signed between the Morobe administration and Sanamo Construction is illegal as they do not have the land title,” he  said.
