Disobeying simple rules

This smart-alec soldier came to Taurama Foodland in his army pants and T-shirt, chewing betelnut in front of IMP Pathology Laboratory.
The shopfront was very clean, but soldierboy just spit it out, despite objections by the security guard.

I want to tell soldierboy in grey vehicle BCQ 217: How are you going to serve the people of PNG when you cannot do simple things like keeping PNG clean, and listening to little people like a guard?
Instead of buying K1 betelnut and spitting everywhere, you should buy a K1 The National newspaper, and read this so that you can change your pathetic attitude.
