District admin

I WRITE pertaining to Obura-Wonenara being without a district administration.
Straight after the general election last year up until now, there seems to be non-existence of any government representatives operating at district headquarters in Aiyura and serving the people.
Rumour has it that the district has made a mobile administration of itself and is operating out of one of the guesthouses in Goroka.
The election has got nothing to do with you, the administration, as you are a neutral body.
You represent the functions of the Government alone, unless you have your hands deeper on the wrong plate.
Whether Obura-Wonenara has an elected MP or not, or if it has a district administration or not, doesn’t matter a single inch.
Our existence doesn’t affect the running of Eastern Highlands and PNG in any way.
