Do not be like monkeys

FOREIGNERS who wish to settle here in Papua New Guinea as citizens must swear their allegiance to this country only.
Not one foot here and the other foot on the other side.
They must not pledge their allegiance to this country only with their face and hands here and their tails like monkey tied to another country.
If something goes wrong here in PNG, like monkeys, dual citizenship holders will just swing with their tails to the next branch, so to speak.
Allowing people to hold dual citizenship is not good for this country. It does not show genuine commitment, integrity and the will to fully commit themselves to the ideals and aspirations of this country.
Dual citizenship holders can become conduit for illegal activities, accumulate wealth here and transfer such wealth to their next country of citizenship.
Dual citizenship is not good for this country in terms of patriotism and should be done away with immediately. It is similar to a double agent.
