REIGNING champions Hekari United will have to lift their performance to win against newcomers Admiralty in Game Two of the 2014 National Soccer League at Bisini Soccer ground tomorrow.
The Hekari versus Admiralty will be the main game of the double header fixtures played in Port Moresby while Eastern Stars will take on Oro FC.
Team Manageress Vonnie Kapi Natto said her team is working hard at training to ensure they win the second game.
“We have accepted the draw and now the team is working around the clock to go up one better against the Manusians tomorrow,” she said.
Mrs Kapi Natto went on to say Admiralty has a good team with  a mixture of local and overseas players from the Solomon Islands.
Hekari will be without the services of Pita Bolaitoga and Samuel Kini while they have recruited their former striker Tuimasi Manuca of Fiji to strengthen the frontline.
The Reds will depend on Nicholas Muri and David Muta to work miracles in the midfield to ensure they have enough balls to score.
Admiralty has acquired the services of Solomon Island’s number one fullback Nelson Sale who will play alongside Richard Pono, Emmanuel Popoitai and Gabriel Kanamon.
Upfront, Admiralty coach Toru Turia will rely on Mark Gabono to combine with Simoi Turia, Kialou Pouru and Michael Foster to win the match.
It should be an entertaining fixture. “It’s a wake-up call for my boys to focus on training sessions and I believe they will lift up their performance this weekend,” said Ms Kapi Natto.
In the curtain raiser, the Huawei-sponsored Milne Bay team will face their neighbours, Oro.
After playing the reigning champions, Hekari United last weekend, Stars coach Trevor Ire should have fair idea on how to face Oro FC.
Oro FC has the best coaching combination in Joe Turia and former Hekari United assistant coach Mathew Witu at helm.
