Driving nightmare

EVERYDAY as you travel the roads of Port Moresby you will always be annoyed by PMV buses pulling out in front of you without any care and expecting you to just stop.
How did these drivers get their licence?
Do they go through a proper driving test to qualify for a licence or are they getting their licence by exchanging money under the table?
For example, you’ll see a driver move to take a right turn but as the green light comes on they quickly cut back in front of you.
The authorities should do something about it. I am sick and fed up of seeing careless and disrespectful drivers on our roads.
Put safety and traffic rules first and don’t compromise your duty, is what I tell those in charge.
The PMV drivers should put safety and traffic rules first and not be driven by money to compromise their own safety and the safety of other passengers.
Follow the traffic rules because the road belongs to everyone.
