Eastern Highlands admin position

IN reference to the revocation of the Eastern Highlands acting -provincial administrator Samson Akunai, I have the following observations to make.
Former Governor Julie Soso, had a very long issue with the PA’s position, after revoking the appointment of the then-PA Solomon Tato.
Samson Akunai was instead appointed to the post.
The province and population at large were held to ransom in the delivery of much-needed Government services.
In comes the new Governor and having not governed for over a year as yet, he now sees fit to revoke the appointment of Akunai.
Hope this is not a sign for the province to experience another term of non-delivery of Government services.
It’s interesting to note an unknown being appointed to be acting-PA.
Why not appoint someone from the many divisional advisors or district administrators, or the two deputy provincial administrators?
