Ela Motors unaffected by Toyota ‘recall’ move

BUSINESS is continuing as usual at the Ela Motors showrooms around the country since PNG’s Toyota supply was not affected by the recent “recall”.
PNG’s Toyota dealer Ela Motors Toyota Tsusho (PNG) Ltd, which is an agent of Toyota Toshu Corp, is forecasting an increase in its business by at least 30% in vehicle sales.
The US$15 billion (K40 billion) PNG liquefied natural gas (LNG) project is expected to contribute greatly to Ela Motor’s expected increase in sales especially on the sales, service and spare parts of the tough built Toyota that comfortably negotiates PNG’s rugged terrain.
Representatives from sales, service and spare parts are expected to champion the car dealer to achieve its goals this year and into the future.
