ENB hosts consultation meeting

East New Britain hosted the first regional consultation meeting for the development of a National Waste Management Policy on Wednesday in Kokopo.
The two day workshop was facilitated by Conservation and Environment Protection Authority (Cepa) which was the mandated body responsible for sustainable waste and chemical management in the country.
Cepa had collaborated with the Japanese Technical Cooperation Project for Promotion of Regional Initiative on Solid Waste Management (J-PRISM) Phase 2 and Secretariat of Pacific Regional Environment Programme.
