Enforce tough penalties

AS a regular newspaper reader, I am sick and tired of reading news headlines on sexual assault.
It gives us headache to read all those animalistic act by some so called fathers who behave as animals.
Daughters and sisters are part of your blood and I don’t understand why those fathers and brothers do that. Our daughters and sisters, including every women, deserve respect, love and care from us.
They deserve care from parents and most importantly from fathers and brothers.
The government should establish tough penalties for those fathers who sexually abuse their very own daughters.
It is a satanic action and no human being would do such act.
