Explain position transfer

 ON behalf of the students of Madang Teachers College, I would like to talk about the problem affecting the administration of this college. The students are not sure what is going on because the administration does not inform them. Last week, the position of deputy academic was transferred from Mr Sondo to Mr Simeon, the head of the Community Development Strand, and then back to Mr Sondo. I would like the education department to respond on this issue immediately.
