Explain why inquiry needs more funds

AS stated in the media, additional funding of K28 million was requested by the Commission of Inquiry for the Union Bank of Switzerland (USB) loan has been released by the Finance Department.
To start this inquiry, the Government initially gave K4 million last September.
Can the inquiry chairman Sir Salamo Injia explain what has been achieved with that K4 million?
What is the K28 million for?
How long will this inquiry take?
What would be the return from the investment of the K32 million?
Justify the reason for using the K32 million to the people of PNG.
This money is from hardworking committed tax payers.
What will the country benefit from investment of this K32 million towards the inquiry?
Rural areas desperately hospitals, schools and roads.
