LAE-BASED company Prima Smallgoods yesterday donated 600 Trukai Fun Run T-shirts to St Mary’s Primary School to participate in the event on June 16.
The donation was first for the company to support the annual run.
Grades three and six students will represent the school to receive the T-shirts. Head teacher Nicholas Lekung said the school was happy to receive the donation.
Prima Smallgoods sales and marketing manager Kola Geri said the company had chosen five institutions to support them with the T-shirts.
“St Mary’s is one of them and they are receiving 600 shirts today (Tuesday),” he said.
“The T-shirts will be selling for K15 and can be sold to the students, teachers and the parents and even the public.
“The proceeds will go towards the school to help sustain its operations and activities.”
