Firm urges members to use e-channels

USING electronic channels (e-channels) is a smarter and convenient way to accessing funds during these unprecedented times of Covid-19, according to Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loans Society (NCSL).
NCSL in a statement said it also enabled social distancing.
“NCSL urges its more than 127,000 members nationwide to access services via its existing electronic channels as it is a lot more convenient and safer to use during these times,” it said.
“It has an automated handling process for all loan applications, transfer and withdrawal services with funds processed the same day, provided that the member has met all the necessary requirements.
“These efforts are to ensure members’ financial needs are met whilst also maintaining social distancing and avoiding populated crowds as a preventative measure during this state of emergency.”
