Fix roads in Rabaul

The National Letters

EAST New Britain is known as a model province in Papua New Guinea.
It is also recognised as a tourism hub throughout the Pacific and the world.
As an exemplary province, it is known for the resilience and maturity of the people.
However, it is disheartening to see a lot potholes in Rabaul town roads.
The roads should be fixed as they are an embarrassment and a bad testament to the reputation of East New Britain as a model province of the country.
Fix the roads.
