Fixing of telephone issues puts Mt Hagen hospital back online

TELEPHONE issues at Mt Hagen General Hospital in Western Highlands have been fixed.
People can now call the hospital and the Western Highlands health authority office.
The hospital recently had problems with its telephone lines, making contact hard.
Western Highlands health authority’s public relations officer, Manga Bengi, said problems with calling the hospital and the health authority were fixed with the installation of a new switchboard at the hospital. He said the new number to call the hospital was 541 1200.
The old number of 5421166 was still working.
