REAL changes can be seen if we provide good education to young people on preventing corruption, says PNG youth advocate and Pacific Youth representative Jessy Sekere.
“The best thing we can do for our future generation is to stand up for what we believe and what is right for our country, people and future,” he said.
Sekere said this during the United Nation (UN) General Assembly special session against corruption hosted by UN Office on Drugs and Crime in Port Moresby on Friday.
Meanwhile, 18 Pacific leaders, through the Pacific Islands Forum endorsed the Teieniwa Vision (a regional commitment programme against corruption) as the Pacific roadmap to implement anti-corruption reforms.
