God and education

A KNOWLEDGE of God and his will is the basis of good education.
God’s pattern of education is the only safe one to follow for our children.
Good education is the result of the harmonious development of the physical, the mental and the spiritual powers.
It prepares the student for the joy of service in this world, and for the higher joy of a wider service in the world to come.
Since God is the source of all knowledge, it is the first object of education to direct our minds to his own revelation of himself.
Nothing is of greater importance than the education of our children and young people.
A noble character is the result of self-discipline, of the subjection of the lower to the higher nature, the surrender of self for the service of love to God and man.
