ELEMENTARY schools throughout are struggling to build classrooms.

Some have done so by building permanent classrooms while few have built semi-permanent classrooms.

The government must step  in and help build permanent classrooms for all the schools because quality education is needed.

Students must be educated in good and proper buildings, thereby, building the morals of the teachers to perform.

Elementary teachers will provide if they are being accommodated properly, the government cannot just introduce the reform and let the problem to solve itself.

Curriculum materials and teaching aids are lacking in all elementary schools.

Elementary teachers must be encouraged by the community and supported by  their  bosses to go for further studies to improve on their teaching skills.

Elementary teachers’ salaries must be increased, including allowances because the foundation of education begins there.

Most of the hard work is done at the elementary level.

Most days, teachers go home all warned out.

What are the PNGTA representatives doing?

This is seen through the eyes of an elementary teacher and put across to those who might have an insight to the problems currently at hand to address and come up with ways to solve the problem. Ignorance and laziness are just like parasites patiently bidding it’s time to consume what it seeks to destroy.

Do not introduce or bring into the country what you do not know how to groom and see it bear fruit in years to come.

All things big or small are bound to face or have problems.
