Graffiti a concern

THE report on alleged abuse by those caught on defacing public and private property through graffiti is a sick and criminal behaviour at its worst and legislation has to be made to sentence offenders to 12 months improvement with hard labor regardless of age as minors to deter such sickening habits in the young and older people in society.
I express no remorse for such unwarranted and unlawful crime that has been passed on year in year out among cult peer groups.
We need tough criminal laws to deter such willful damage to public and private properties.
