 I REFER to the Apr 4 article concerning the Hela governor’s budget layout for the province, especially on the intention to support university students. On behalf of Hela students attending various universities in the country, I acknowledge Governor Anderson Agiru and the Hela provincial government’s intention. Hela is a new province and needs human resources to move forward. It is fundamental and therefore, we need assistance from the governor as soon as possible.
