High school mess looks like a piggery

 A PICTURE of Boliu High School mess facility in Kavieng district (The National, June 22) looks more like a piggery than a school mess as its beyond recognition and not even feet to be used as a school mess. 

It makes me wonder where all government funding from past years have gone to or if the school has ever received any government funding at all. 

And we may also ask if there are any district education authority in place to look into such issues which will have great impact on students learning while posing great health risk to students as well. 

What an embarrassing school mess facility I have ever seen. 

Those in the district education office should feel ashamed for doing nothing to help rebuild a good mess facility for their students.
