Housing to defend title

REIGNING premiers National Housing Corporation will be aiming to defend their premiership title tomorrow at the Rita Flynn courts when they take on Works in what is looming to be a grudge match in the Public Servants Netball competition.
Housing girls were stripped off their three valuable competition points by an off-field indiscretion and the points were awarded to Works and to hoist them to the top of the table, securing the first grand final spot.
Last week, NHC had to wrestle the right to express their vengeance against Works by disposing Finance 25-15 in the major qualifying.
NHC, the perennial competition winners in all division since first entering the competition have yet to taste defeat in all division finals.
Skipper and GA Kalia Alu will stick with the same team that easily accounted for Finance last week.
Kalia is banking on a strong defensive game and the use of speed from the midcourt to win the match in their favour.
She is expecting last week’s game changer and goal shooter Ulice Rova to maintain her accuracy under the rings.
NHC has an impeccable record of winning all grand finals since entering the competition in 2011/12 and are yet to taste defeat. Another success tomorrow will mark their eight consecutive finals victory.
