IT’S a whooping 50t per text message, initially 25t and 45t per units, transfer charge initially 30t and the reintroduction of voicemail system that frustrates customers of Digicel PNG. While most other companies are rewarding their customers with Christmas and New Year bonuses, Digicel sees fit to increase its rates unnoticed on all its products and services. Can ICCC seriously deal with this issue?
