ICCC: No need for clearance

The Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) says acquisition of PNG Microfinance Ltd (PML) by Nationwide Microbank Ltd (MiBank) did not meet the mandatory pre-merger notification thresholds; hence the parties do not need to seek clearance.
