Ikupu’s withdrawal a selfless act

 I TAKE  my hat off to Motu-Koita Assembly chairman Miria Ikupu for making  one  of the toughest decisions in his life. 

The withdrawal of his election petition case against Health Minister Michael Malabag for the betterment of his beloved people is courageous, humble and respectful. 

We  hope that the obstacles and hindrances due to political differences can  now  be put aside and all parties can work together. 

This action alone shows what a real man and true leader he is. 

Thank you for your sacrifice and selfless act. 

Some will see this as a defeat, but the majority of us see it as a win-win for everybody and respect him  all the more for it. 

Let us move on.
