Ilimo Dairy expands list

Ilimo Dairy Farm outside Port Moresby is developing yoghurt, ice-cream and other products which will be available to consumers in the Next Year.
Innovative Agro Industry PNG Ltd chairman Ilan Weiss said that as their herd expanded and their capacity to produce fresh milk grew, their ability to push out into a wider market would also increase.
“Currently we are selling everything we produce,” he said.
“Demand is far exceeding our initial expectation.
“Papua New Guineans have embraced fresh milk with open arms.”
